February Meeting – Audit Report – Lessons Learned through Audits

February 20, 2025 @ 11:30 am - 1:00 pm

A well-operating HVAC system is a three-legged stool based on good design, good installation/configuration, and good maintenance. Although designers and installers work diligently to prepare a building for a long, functional, and energy-efficient life… as an Energy Auditor, I can attest that the projects we work on don’t always turn out as we had hoped. As a former HVAC designer turned Energy Auditor, I’ve had the chance to evaluate some low-performing buildings, and through this process, I’ve learned some things. This presentation is intended to share some of those lessons.
Hope to see you there ~ Brandon
