May Chapter Meeting – ASHRAE Standard 211 De-Mystifying Energy Audits

As you know, Washington State has implemented building performance standards through the adoption of HR 1257, or the Clean Building Act. This law requires building owners to achieve energy targets and, when they can’t, to implement energy audits of their facility to identify ways to bring their building within compliance. Esteban Baccini is the founder and principal applied engineer of Baccini HVAC Consulting,
specialized in Mechanical Engineering + HVAC, and is ASHRAE BEAP & OPMP Certified. Esteban will present on how to perform an ASHRAE Audit per Standard 211, which is the referenced auditing standard required by Washington State’s Clean Building Act. This presentation will be provided in two sessions, both available remotely. The first of the two will be webcasted to our downtown meeting room.
