November Meeting – HVAC Basics: Part 2 – HVAC Systems
November 14, 2024 @ 11:30 am - 1:00 pm
The purpose of this series is to provide context, resources and guidance for engineers newly entering our industry to help them develop their skills faster. In short… this course is a compilation of the things ‘I wish someone would had told me when I started as a young engineer.
The second session of this course will present several of the most common types of HVAC systems found in buildings. As a young designer, I remember feeling confused about how the same names were applied to seemingly very different things. This presentation is aimed at clearing that up and building on the system descriptions with control strategies, typical operating conditions and highlighting of key components.
Hope to see you there ~ Brandon
